This was a re-design of already existing informational maps, the problem was that the old ones just weren’t as effective as they could be. We sat down and looked at the problem, there was a lack of hierarchy in the information being presented, which in turn made it difficult for the potential customer to read. We did a complete re-design, addressed the problems and hit the target first time. The customer doesn’t have to scratch their head anymore when they need to find their new home on the map, it’s now a simple task.
